I weigh 120 and my 2 children have a combined weight of 110. We all sit together in the chair fairly often and it holds up great! We did have to buy an additional rope (pictured) otherwise it would have been too high. Installation was fairly easy as well. We bought a hook at a hardware store drilled a hole and that was it... no climbing in the attic. Seriously recommend!

Love! Love! Love! I purchased these chairs to put in our bayview window, and I couldn't be happier. We ordered 1 chair at first, hung it up and just had to get a second. One thing to note....we were concerned when we hung the second chair to find the ropes were shorter than the first chair, then realized it was because the chair need to be sat in to stretch the ropes. Now the length matches the other chair. Phew!! I am pretty particular and would not have been happy if we had to adjust the length of the hanging hardware and they didn't match one another.

I have multiple swings (a pod for my kids and a hammock style one for me). It's easy to switch the swings out of this frame. It sits wide, so I actually was able to fit a small trampoline between the legs as well, so it's kind of a space saver. This frame is not for swinging back and forth aggressively: depending on how you have it set up, the legs can slide. You could probably keep that from happening by adding grips to the bottoms of the legs, putting it on carpet or something, or having one of the legs in a corner. That being said, if you need to move it, it's light. It's also easy to put together and take apart if you need to. I put it together by myself easily and quickly and I'm a petite person.
