Then I filled them with sauce, cheese, chopped up pepperoni and mushrooms and folded the excess dough over the filling, pinching to seal. . You, of course, could use your own favorite pizza toppings. Then I baked them for about 20 minutes. They came out great and popped right out of the pan. I served them with extra marinara sauce for dipping and they were a big hit.

Baked many small cakes and the "turnaround time" is very quick because the cakes easily release right out of the oven. Wipe with a towel (if even needed) add batter for the next batch, and bake more!
