When it says pump it as many times as you can, it means at least 20 times. I found 25-30 gets me good results. Also, you may have to use it more than once. Don't get discouraged if the first shot doesn't clear everything. It took me two shots. But like I said, an auger, chemicals and traditional plunger got me no results. This got me the results I wanted. It worked, didn't cost a lot, and was delivered quickly. What more do you need?

I plunged and plunged with a regular plunger, but it sat for 3 days and was still plugged (which baffles me considering there was no tp).
