I'm not kidding first time I used the device, IT WORKED!!! My dog turned around and ran into the other room. There's 3 settings, but I only used one so far. I'm thrilled this helped my dog to stop barking. The dog will bark but nothing like she used too. It definitely stops my dog from constantly barking.. I absolutely would recommend this if you don't want to use a shock collar.

I tried it in the backyard to see if I could get the neighbors dogs to stop barking so much and it did not seem to affect them or my dog at all using the barking technology. Overall it's a great product to use as a training tool however if you expect it to make your dog not bark at all that did not work for me.

over two years I've had four of this type of bark control, that have worked once or twice, and then didn't bother her any more. i was hesitant about another one, but since it wasn't expensive, i tried it. it works, she most certainly does not like this unit. you can change the tone on the side to three different ones if the dog gets use to it. but i haven't had to do that. she is learning fast. i don't know how long the the battery life is yet, so i haven't rated battery life.
