Cordless Car Polisher Buffer Full Set

I cannot believe I have gone through life without this machine. It works fast and easy. Just be very careful around any edges if you are using any type of compound. Ask me how I know. Takes a little getting used to as it works so fast but once you screw up your first car you will be ready to go. I started out with my wife's Cadillac which was being traded in next week and it looked like a new car when I was done, well, other then the two spots that went to bare metal. Use it with respect and you will love it. I will never buff again without it.

I like this polisher, it replaced an old under powered Wen polisher that did a lot of work but felt cheap. This tool is heavy and very powerful and can be difficult to control if misshandled. Giving all that, using this tool is a pleasure and it’s design is thoughtful. The speed wheel is at your thumb when using it, the handle and gear housing are covered in non marring rubber to prevent damage if you catch a large rotating wool pad, and it has a spindle lock. All very useful features that adds to this quality made tool. All it has to do is run at the speed you set, allows easy change of the pad, and do it confidently, and to do it all day every day, every time you pull the trigger. This tool does all this very well and it does it feeling good in the hand. Unlike the offshore made, poor quality tools, this tool is a very well made, quality tool that should last a long life. Have a couple of corded buffers and they work great. Imagine one that works even better, and you NEVER have a cord to worry about trying to keep over your shoulder and off the car/boat that you're working on. Pricey, but very nice. Have used it on two cars and a boat, still on same Dewalt battery w/out a charge yet.

excellent product, for then money it is steep, but hopefully this will be my only buffer i will need. Upon start up i knew that i was going to have the control i lacked in previous buffers. From the toggle thumb speed setting to the trigger and smooth not jumpy with power start i knew this was going to be a great experience. glad i got this and and would recommend it highly.

Someone left a candle on my solid surface counter. It burnt the top of the counter. Sanded down the counter with 220 grit up to 2000 grit then used this to buff the counter to a shine. Worked amazing. Funny I told the wife I bought it she goes oh great another tool that we don’t need and started in. I said I bought it to fix the candle burn on the counter. Never have heard another word about it.

Love this buffer. Revived the headlights on the suburban. This with the correct cutting compound will do some amazing work on paint and Lexan. I use Meguair's 105 and 205 combo.

Great polisher, especially for large areas. The polishing wheel is flexible enough to get into most spaces, but a smaller polisher is still needed for some locations due to the size of this polisher. I wish I had purchased this many years ago and saved myself tons of time!

I worked in a body shop when I was growing up; put myself through school restoring cars for people, and now I do body and paint on my own projects. This buffer/polisher is the best electric unit I have ever used. The soft start in particular is great for applying material on a panel without slinging it everywhere.

If you purchase Dewalt you can rest assured that you have purchased a piece of equipment that is Pro grade. This new one has a dial speed so your finger won't get tired trying to hold the constant speed that you need. It have cleanable filters on the air intake for cooling. You get 2 different types of handles to fit the needs of the task at hand. If you have been using a polisher that is about years old you will love this one. My old one runs just fine but I really liked the features that this polisher has. Now I have 2 that work great.

Use everyday all day in body shop environment holds up great what I don't like is that it gets super hot near the head from close to the handle and can really bother me because that's where I like to hold it so I think they should come up with a way to obsorb the heat because it gets really hot like I can only hold in that area for 5 seconds till I can't no more
