Dumpling Maker Mold, Aluminum Mold Pelmeni Dumplings With Rolling

This little tool is a great, lazy way to make pelmeni. We love eating them and wanted something less time consuming than cutting out and folding them individually. Is this better than doing it by hand? After a while, probably not, but is it fun? Totally.

Works great. Was able to make the pelmeni super fast. And I noticed some people had trouble breaking apart the individual pelmeni. Hint: Flip it out on to a cookie sheet that has been sprinkled with flour. Place in freezer for a bit (10 minutes). The pelmeni will break apart easily.

I thoroughly washed the mold before use, having seen some customer photos that left marks. No such issue with my unit. It is made from aluminum, which I try to avoid. But, there is no heat involved when using the mold, so I see less risk in using. Overall, a nice purchase that works well.

I shared this with family members who have memorys of our great grand mother in the kitchen. Laboring over the dough cutting each dumpling by hand. With this I will remake thouse receipes. Eatting my comfort food.

I can't say it's perfect . But it's much much more easier than make dumplins without it. It take less time for sure . I would recommend it if you want to safe your time . The size of dumplin is small , but not too small. I like it.

For making lots of ravioli, this is a great addition to my kitchen. The raviolis are bite sized, but the tool is quite easy to store because it's flat. I try not to have single purpose tools in my kitchen, but this one gets an exception.

This is super easy to use and each Pelmeni (ravioli) came out perfect. Dough comes off the mold easy, just don't roll it too thinly. I Made a bulk batch of about 1000 in an afternoon and froze them, huge time saver vs hand molding/folding.
