The Hypnotic Jellyfish Aquarium

I absolutely love this! I bought it for my 3 month old because he gets bored easy and loves things that light up. After going to an aquarium I found out he loves glow fish, but I dont have time to clean up after real fish, so found this instead! He is mesmerized by it and coos at it. I am also in love with it. I turn it on for myself even in the evenings-sometimes I catch myself just staring at it!

Okay so I've been on a decor binge lately. I was throwing a blacklight party and wanted to create perfect ambiance. When I ran across this little thing I knew I had to give it a go. Firstly, I was delighted and the flowtation of the jellyfish. When you plug it in there's a little pump that helps them move around but you wouldn't know it unless you set it up. The atmosphere it created was fantastic. Perfect for my blacklight party. I almost wish they had a mega size version of this. Would buy that in a heartbeat!

This is great, my grandkids love it and so do my friends when they come over. the picture is a bit misleading it shows a black background, it is clear all the way around but a bit of construction paper and a small amount of tape can get you the black background or whatever color or scene you like!! Get one they are cool!!

Bought this lamp for my daughter's birthday. It's very easy to set up and had simple instructions. I'm pleased with the purchase and my daughter loves it. In fact, my other daughter wants one too. Definitely a gift that inspires sibling rivalry. Calming and lifelike to watch for children and adults alike.

We absolutely love it! Followed the instructions on setting it up and it's absolutely mesmerizing to look at. No problems with the jellyfish at all. They're so lifelike it's unreal! I love that it's on a timer and you can change your color options. One of the best gifts from my hubby and it fits right in with our beach themed home.

This lamp has to be the coolest night light I've come across. I recently took my 7 year old son to the aquarium and we saw this same product in the gift shop (you know how prices are in gift shops) for $130, but he fell in love with it. I found it here for $50 less, and his grandmother ordered it for his birthday. It arrived quickly and it's absolutely mesmerizing to watch. It's whisper quiet, has somewhat realistic movement with the jellyfish, and has bright color changing lights. You can also set the color to one solid color if you have a favorite (I prefer the blue, it makes the jellyfish pop.)

Saw this at a museum gift shop with my niece and she said she wanted it. Well you know those gift shops and their prices ... so I saw this one here with the best reviews and it didn't seem too "cheap" to be lame so I got it for a 6 yr old kid for his birthday. He loved it. His older 8 yr old brother saw it set up and sheepishly asked me for one for his upcoming bday! So I know my niece will definitely like it for her upcoming bday! Very easy to set up and the jelly fish look great under the changing lights. I'm about to buy myself one!

This thing is cool. I had to add more than just a few drops of soap, I poured it in a bit but not a lot, I'd say at least 15 drops. Give it time it will work. Before putting the jellyfish in, let the air bubbles settle out for 15 mins. You'll see the small bubble going up. If you have cats, I would be very careful cause you may end up with water everywhere and a fake jellyfish in the cats mouth as the cat runs away with it. Today was day one and so far no issues. The blue light is my favorite.

I looked at all the jellyfish lamps Amazon offers and chose this one as it looked more realistic in the photos, and I'm very glad I did. The tank is a good size...about the size of a 2 liter but taller, so there is plenty of room for the jellyfish to move about. Super easy set-up...I followed the directions and it was a snap! The jellyfish themselves are very pretty and their movement in the tank is very realistic! They even catch the current of the water under them causing them to move in the typical jellyfish fashion, as if they are breathing. The option of the lights changing colors is just a bonus. Everyone who saw this was mesmerized. I purchased this as a gift, but it's so great I'm considering purchasing one for myself.

Ok, This is only an hour in, but I am still in love. Mesmerizing. I made sure I followed the instructions exactly, as this was too expensive to make a user error mistake. Used distilled water. Used a few more drops of dish soap, based on others reviews. Made sure to place the jelly fish upside down and prod with a straw to avoid bubbles. I adore this!! No idea how it works .
