I had a different brand aftermarket headstrap that was a different style before this. It was adjustable and worked well. There were times you still felt the weight of the headset, especially after long use. This headstrap is AMAZING! It has very comfortable, easy to clean padding where it contacts your body and takes pretty much all pressure off your face. The other brand I had made a big difference over the stock headstrap but this one is a game changer. I will never recommend another type of headstrap aside from this one. This should be the first and last one you purchase your your oculus quest 2. They have other versions for other headsets as well if you have something aside from the quest 2.

I’m really glad I bought this head-strap, being a newbie to VR I researched a lot of head-straps and settled on this one. The elastic strap that came with Oculus 2 didn’t hold the headset in place very well. This strap is extremely comfortable and is well padded. The only slight issue that I ran into was I couldn’t quite tighten the head strap all the way down. I realized it was because the brackets on the arms were not all the way forward. I had been hesitant to slide the bracket too far forward. With gentle pressure I was able to do so. It made a big difference. Totally happy with my purchase! I like the fact that the head-strap attaches by pushing the bracket over the Oculus 2 arms. It fits very securely and I am not worried about it coming apart. I’m also excited about the custom case from BoboVR. Just ordered one and can’t wait to get it.

This halo strap has plenty of padding, so using this and my AMVR face bracket it fits great even with my wide Ray-Ban Wayfarer glasses. The clamp - hinges that attach to the arms of the Oculus Quest 2 are nice and solid once attached. Depending on head size it will take some adjustment to get a good fit, fore me I have them slid back and level with the tips of side arms, kind of matching the picture on box. Note that they are meant to fit tight. I had read a comment that one side fit tight and the other was loose. I assume it was missing one of the rubber strips inside top of clamp. The rubber strip is thin enough that you could probably use an O-ring or thick rubber band. Also look in the box just incase it fell off during packing. The padding is stuck on with velcro, so it can be replaced or swapped with different types. Otherwise power to you guys for making a great product.

My big gripe with most headsets are the center strap. It usually messes with my hair and bothers me how it feels. This one puts the pressure on the back of your head and forehead. This makes the headset feel like it's floating in front of your eyes rather than being pressed onto your face. Way more comfortable than the regular strap.

The vr headset is sturdy good quality and I could place my iphone 7 plus on it. The audio quality was really good and the glasses in the vr are high quality. The videos I watched with vr headset were sharp and crisp. also I've tested the controller and it worked I could turn up the volume and skip videos. the headset sits also comfortable

Initially this strap didn't work for me. The part at the back of my head kept sliding up causing the front to slide down which defeats the entire purpose. Adding some weight to the back immediately solves that problem and makes it extremely comfortable. A battery pack is the obvious way to add some weight but this strap doesn't have an easy way to do that.

Easy to install. Instructions are available on-line if you need them. I found it very comfortable once you get it adjusted. I had to 'fiddle' with it during several sessions to get it "just right". Instead of the Oculus hanging off the front of your head as in the original strap. The Oculus is supported more evenly from around your head. No more sore neck and shoulders. I'm happy!

while I love the oculus, the front heaviness has always been an issue. I've tried different headsets which have improved things somewhat, but I kept looking for better solutions. I've tried this for only a few minutes, but it's felt actually comfortable from the first second. we'll see how it is after an hour or two, but.. omg, actual comfort. definitely should try it if the front heaviness of the oculus is an issue for you.

Just got mine and it exceeds expectations. Had bought the Elite strap when I got my quest, but it always slipped down my face even if really tightened. This was a noticeable improvement as it feels more like it is just sitting on my head, rather than tied around it and it doesn't slip. I have very short hair, almost bald. Also using prescription lenses and they work great with this whereas before my eyes were a bit close to the lenses.

Made well. There is adjustment between the eyes and further closer. The phone is larger than written does not fit, so watch the size carefully. I took it with the remote. The remote is needed on several games and Google cards
