This works perfectly in my 2021 Tacoma. Setup was easy. Loading takes a little time (seconds) but connects every time I start my truck. The touch screen works, steering wheel buttons work, and the apps running are not delayed. Sound quality is the same as when wired using the USB cable. I purchased a 90 degree USB extension and was able to hide the wiring tucking this unit under the driver's side center console. I should have bought this earlier. I haven't had to use Tech Support.

Before using this, I though it best to setup a wired Apple CarPlay play experience first, and then transition to this wireless device. For whatever reason (bad cable?) the wired setup failed. As soon as I plugged this wireless unit into my car, my phone immediately connected to it and CarPlay was engaged. Flawless connections ever since. I have had this for a week and it worked almost perfectly. I said almost because it did not connect once. I just hope this doesn't happen often. Setup was easy and took less than 5 minutes.Update 2 months later. I am still very happy with my purchase. I have had connection problems a few times and I noticed that it usually happens when 1.
